1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only accepted for eligible services and must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
• Deposits for services, including but not limited to menu degustation reservations, are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service.
• If Koukoumi Vegan Hotel cancels a service or appointment due to an issue on our end, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

2. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are redeemable exclusively at Koukoumi Vegan Hotel.
• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, partially refunded, or transferred to other services outside the stated terms.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations of orders must be requested promptly. Approval is at the sole discretion of Koukoumi Vegan Store and subject to specific service terms.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booked appointment will not be refunded.
• Late cancellations or no-shows for booked services, such as menu degustation reservations, are non-refundable.

4. Usage of Services

• All services and gift cards are subject to availability. Reservations should be made in advance to ensure your desired date and time.
• Purchases are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices listed are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

• Koukoumi Vegan Store and Hotel are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies).
• If we must cancel a reservation due to an issue on our end, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the affected service.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from purchases will be governed by the laws of Greece and subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected during your purchase is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information and will not share it without consent.
